Laodice Larry A. Granger, Sr., Manufacturing Director
Gregory "Greg" J. Yadzinski, Vice President of CTI

Mr. Yadzinski is Vice President of CTI. Drawing on two decades of business, industry and engineering experience, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. In addition, he oversees the direction and strategy for CTI's business development, customer support and technology development efforts.

Mr. Yadzinski has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. degree from George Washington University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

James “Jim” H. Sawyer, Senior Director of Operations

Mr. Sawyer has been with CTI for more than 30 years and currently serves the company as Senior Director of Operations. His broad experience over the years covers a range of positions from Mechanical Engineer to President and CEO. He now focuses his efforts on operations management and client relationships. In addition to his engineering and management background, Mr. Sawyer possesses experience in Contracts, Security, Human Resources and Business Development.

Mr. Sawyer has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has completed major coursework towards a Master's in Operations Research and Management Science at George Mason University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Christopher D. Laux, Director of Engineering
Christopher "Chris" D. Laux, Director of Engineering

Mr. Laux comes to CTI with over 20 years of experience in the defense and intelligence communities. He has led engineering teams on diverse projects, ranging from Army bridging, to Navy missile launchers, to joint programs for power generation and conversion. His Program Management experience spans both large technical services contracts and focused hardware development contracts.

Mr. Laux has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an M.B.A. from George Washington University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Scott D. Tilton, Director of Manufacturing

Mr. Tilton brings nearly 20 years of broad-based manufacturing and engineering experience to CTI. Prior to joining the company in 2007, he led projects and teams in product development and commercialization, consumer entertainment and product manufacturing. He has a proven record of commercial and government project execution and excels at client relationship management and contract development.

Mr. Tilton has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and is currently pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
